We've been busy in the past month. We've booked a caterer and a photographer and reserved a place for the rehearsal dinner. Tim's parents have taken over plans for the rehearsal dinner, and the Erica's side of the family has started looking at flowers. Erica's family finally pressured her in to buying a dress instead of making it herself. We're all grateful for the stress relief.

Post the Third
Hey All,
Keep an eye on your mailboxes...the Save the Dates are on the way! The formal invitation will be following in late August.
We are still in the process of getting hotels organized. We will put that information up here as soon as it is available.
We are hoping to start up a Frequently Asked Questions post...but have realized that we don't have any questions. So send them along, we're happy to answer any and all queries that you have...within reason.

Post the Second
Hey all!
We are steadily moving along with the planning. The date is now officially November 27, 2010.
We have picked the ceremony and reception venue and the date has been confirmed, but we are still waiting for the contract. We hope to check out caterers relatively soon.
One thing that has made us both excited is that Mike English, a local musician, has agreed to play at our reception. Now we just have to get the music selected. Any suggestions?
The bridesmaid dresses have been selected, as has the wedding dress, but neither have been started. Though we will probably get going on that soon.
There are four hotels in town that we are looking at talking to about accommodations, more information will be forthcoming. Give us a call or email if you feel a need to book this early; however, this is a small town and it should not be necessary.

Welcome to our wedding blog!
For those of you who don't know, we got engaged on Tim's birthday, February 2, 2010. Here is a link to Tim's blog, where he wrote all of the details. There is a small tissue warning for those of us who cry easily. Since then, it has been sunshine and kittens (read: heck).
